Care personalised for you.
Homebirth
Birthing at home with a known midwife is one of the most profound choices a family can make. Fiat Midwifery supports planned homebirth, providing continuous one-to-one care throughout your labour — no shift changes, no unfamiliar faces.
Your home, your rhythm, your birth.
Care spans the full continuum: antenatal appointments from early pregnancy, continuous support through labour and birth, and postnatal visits at home through to six weeks. We bring all the equipment needed for a safe birth at home, including resuscitation gear, oxygen, and medications, and maintain a collaborative relationship with your local hospital so that transfer, if needed, is smooth and well-supported.

Hospital Support
Choosing to birth in hospital doesn't mean giving up continuity. Your private midwife attends your birth alongside the hospital team — advocating for your preferences, helping you navigate decisions in the moment, and providing the unbroken relationship that makes a difference when labour is hard.
A familiar face in an unfamiliar room.
Working collaboratively with obstetricians and hospital midwives at the hospital of your choice. Not there to replace the hospital team, but to be the constant — the person who knows your history, your hopes, and your fears, and who stays with you from arrival through to the first hours after birth.
